AgentHive Inc. builds browser extensions and AI-powered tools designed to respect your privacy. This policy covers all AgentHive Chrome extensions including QuoteSnap, PageGuard, and SiteAudit AI.

Data We Collect

Our extensions store data locally on your device only using Chrome's built-in storage API. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Locally stored data may include:

• Documents you create (quotes, invoices, estimates)
• Client names and document numbers you enter
• Extension preferences and settings

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personally identifiable information
• Browsing history or web activity
• Financial or payment information
• Authentication credentials
• Location data
• Personal communications

Third-Party Services

Pro subscriptions are processed via ExtensionPay and Stripe. Payment processing is handled entirely by these providers under their own privacy policies. AgentHive does not receive or store your payment details.

Permissions

Our extensions request only the minimum permissions necessary:

• storage — to save your documents locally on your device
• activeTab — to render the extension popup in your current browser tab

Remote Code

Our extensions do not execute remote code. All functionality is contained within the extension package.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, credit assessment, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's core function.

Children's Privacy

Our extensions are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as our products evolve. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
